

Hooping is returning to mainstream fitness and for very good reasons!! Hooping will IGNITE your inner core while you have an excellent workout.
Beginner classes will teach you the basic movements of hooping and get you burning 400-500 calories per hour!! Intermediate classes will offer hoop tricks to keep your new exercise exciting and challenging.
All students will be encouraged to learn at their own pace, listen to their body signals and best of all have fun reaching fitness goals.
Hoop fitness should be practiced in loose exercise wear with running shoes. Also, keep in mind you will be intensively working your abdominals, legs, back muscles and therefore you should have a mostly empty stomach. Hoops that are used are professional adult sized exercise hoops. Children's hoops are too small and light and will not be suitable for the purposes of this class. Hoops may be borrowed in class, or purchased in your choice of awesome colours.
